The main thing we want you to do when visiting Calcot Manor Hotel & Spa is to relax and the menu in our Conservatory restaurant has been designed with that in mind. With dishes such as Whole Dover sole with wilted spinach and Jersey Royal potatoes with mint, parsley and lemon butter, to Herb-crusted rack of local lamb with jabron potatoes, spring carrots, French beans and crispy sweetbreads, not forgetting Michael’s Marinated beef fillet ‘on the bone’ cooked in the wood-burning stove, choosing isn’t easy. And, for our vegetarian guests, dishes such as Peppered couscous with vegetable bhajis, aubergine & chilli chutney and wild garlic flat bread.
Our wine list is simple, unimposing, yet exciting.
Please note: Our menus and ingredients change throughout the seasons. If we don’t have something that you’ve seen on our website, we guarantee there will be a very tasty alternative.
