The Conservatory is Calcot's principal restaurant - a fresh, light and elegant destination for lunch and dinner, open daily, with lovely views across the neighbouring countryside. The room is calm, spacious and chic, yet entirely relaxed and informal too. Executive Chef Director Michael Croft focuses on the freshest local produce, beautifully cooked, while his wood-fired oven means that dishes are simply bursting with Mediterranean colour and flavour.
